All amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be posted here and copyrighted to Sims Lighting Gallery. ​ACCEPTANCE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Customers accept and acknowledge that they are fully informed of the following:
Upon delivery, you must sign to agree that the items have been received in good condition and that your order is complete. Should there be any damages or defects upon delivery, you must notify the delivery team or sales representative immediately. You have the right to reject the damaged or defective items upon delivery (except for clearance, display piece, and free gifts) at no charge if the claim is valid. Once the delivery order is signed with no discrepancies, it is deemed that the order is accepted by you in good condition.

Any claim made after the delivery team has left your premise will not be entertained.
Should there be discrepancies with your items, we aim to have the item available at the earliest available date. In the event an exchange cannot be made, Sims Lighting Gallery reserves the right to offer a substitute or exchange.
