Delivery and Return
Delivery
Free delivery is only applicable for orders S$150 and above, to one local address in Singapore only.
Orders below S$150 will be subjected to a delivery charge of S$30.
In the event that the goods cannot be delivered on your preferred delivery date and/or time slot due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified at our earliest convenience.
For delivery area such as * Sentosa, Tuas*. Charges may apply.
Delivery Timing
For ex-stocks items, delivery can be arranged within 3 to 5 working days.
For pre-order items, please allow a lead time of at least 3 to 4 weeks for delivery arrangement.
Installation
For products requiring installation, we will work with the electrician to arrange the best available timing for you within 1 to 2 weeks.
For pre-order items, please allow a lead time of at least 3 to 4 weeks for installation arrangement.
Exchange and Refund Policy
Defective items must be reported to Sims Lighting Gallery within 7 working days upon delivery. Any claim after 7 working days will not be entertained.
As a Sims Lighting Gallery customer, you are entitled to an exchange/ refund within 7 days together with proof of purchase.
7 days exchange/refund policy for online purchases only.
Requirements for exchange as follows:
* unused
* not installed before
* original packaging undamaged
Return
For non-bulky items:
You may return to any of our outlets.
For bulky items:
Please contact our customer service team for a pick up (chargeable).
Once the product has been inspected and approved for refund, your refund will be reflected within 7 to 14 working days.
